2. Visiting this website
When you open a page, the web server automatically records technical data: your IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser type. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The website is hosted on a server operated by Kerim Çapcı. Log data are deleted regularly and are not combined with any other data.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools. Fonts, images and films are stored on our own server, so no data are sent to Google Fonts, YouTube or similar services when you browse.
3. Shopping cart
If you add a work to the cart, the selection is saved only in your own browser (local storage) so that it is still there on the next page. It is not sent to us or anyone else. This storage is strictly necessary for the cart you requested (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it at any time by emptying the cart or clearing your browser data.
There is currently no online payment. “Send enquiry” opens your own email app; nothing is transmitted until you send that email yourself.
4. Contact and enquiry forms
When you send a form on this website, the information you enter (name, email address, optional phone number, your message and the page you sent it from) is used only to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to buying a work, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our interest in answering messages).
The forms are delivered by the service Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, which processes the data on our behalf as a processor. Web3Creative is based in India and uses Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner. To block spam, your IP address and email address may be checked by CleanTalk and Akismet. Transfers outside the European Economic Area are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Web3Forms stores submissions for at most three years. More information: web3forms.com/privacy.
Your message then arrives in Gülfem’s email inbox, which is provided by Google (Gmail, Google Ireland Limited). Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry and as required by tax and commercial law.
5. Email
If you write to us by email, we use your address and message only to reply. The same legal bases and storage periods as in section 4 apply.
6. Links to Instagram
This website links to Instagram but does not embed it. No data are sent to Instagram (Meta) unless you click the link and leave this website.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. To exercise these rights, simply write to the email address above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (datenschutz-berlin.de).
8. Changes
